Our chickens eat the best.

We start with a protein-rich, high-calcium organic feed to help our hens produce strong, healthy eggs. We prefer Nature’s Best Organic Egg Layer Pellets.

BUT, we don’t stop there. We grow our own microgreens. We offer our hens freshly grown clover and alfalfa daily. Our microgreens are grown hydroponically with local filtered well water and no added chemicals. Greens are fed to our hens after 5 days of growth. For treats, we serve dried mealworms daily. Tasty and high in protein, our gals love ‘em.
